We Manage. You Experience. Personal Conductors for Discreet, Seamless Travel.

Dedicated private conductors who manage your travel logistics on the ground — itinerary supervision of your planned schedule, travel‑related interpretation, check‑in proxy, and 24/7 emergency response — so you move through Japan effortlessly.

Services and Boundaries

A Personal Conductor is not a tour guide. Our conductors supervise and execute the itinerary you provide, handle travel‑related administrative tasks, and offer discreet, professional support throughout your time in Japan.

Itinerary Management on Your Plan

We supervise and execute the itinerary you provide — coordinating timing, local confirmations, and on‑the‑ground adjustments.

Travel‑Related Interpretation

Interpretation is limited to travel contexts: hotel staff, station personnel, transport crew, venue front desks, and similar interactions.

Check‑in and Administrative Proxy

We complete hotel check‑ins, handle forms, and liaise with service counters on your behalf.

24/7 Emergency Response

Immediate logistical and safety support for medical, transport, or other travel contingencies while you are in Japan.

Discretion and Professionalism

Background‑checked conductors trained in client confidentiality, travel logistics, and emergency procedures.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not create itineraries, make VIP reservations, or sell travel packages as part of the conductor role.
  • We do not provide specialist interpreting for business meetings, conferences, or legal settings.
  • We do not hold partnership agreements with hotels, transport companies, or venues; conductors act on behalf of the client within standard public systems and procedures.
Conductor at Airport

How It Works

1

Confirm

Client submits their planned itinerary and travel documents; conductor reviews and prepares a pre‑trip briefing.

2

Deploy

Conductor meets the client in Japan and manages the itinerary on the ground, providing travel‑related interpretation and administrative proxy services.

3

Support

Conductor remains available for real‑time adjustments and emergency response throughout the engagement.

Operational Note

Service is provided nationwide from an Okayama base. There are no regional offices; conductor's transit for pre travel and post travel are covered as described in the pricing section.

Pricing & Coverage

Simple flat pricing — Clear, itemized fees

¥50,000
Per Day + Request Fee

Fee Components

  • Request fee (one‑time): ¥50,000 Includes the conductor’s travel to start/end point.
  • Daily service fee: ¥50,000 × number of accompaniment days.

Payment Timing

Both the request fee and the daily service fees must be paid in full before the conductor service begins.

On‑trip actuals (Separately Billed)

Client pays actuals for:

Conductor’s local transport, accommodation (if overnight), meals, entrance fees, and any other on‑trip expenses incurred on behalf of the client.

Settlement:

Actual expenses are settled either individually during the accompaniment or as a single consolidated settlement at the end of the engagement, per client preference.

Example 1

1‑day engagement

Request fee ¥50,000 + Daily fee ¥50,000 × 1 = ¥100,000 (+ on‑trip actuals)

Example 2

3‑day engagement

Request fee ¥50,000 + Daily fee ¥50,000 × 3 = ¥200,000 (+ on‑trip actuals)

“Fee = Request fee ¥50,000 + Daily fee ¥50,000 × days. Both fees are payable before service start. On‑trip expenses billed separately and settled during or after the engagement.”
